eight sick, disgusting thoughts | text

You know what the most fun part about space depression and a brand new job at the city morgue is? It doesn't leave you a whole lot of free time to hang out with some of your biggest, best, and/or only friends.

For everybody new to the numbers club, I'm Brooke. I'm a mortician, and I guess on the side I try to provide services for the undead in our little community. Mostly vampires, some zombies, you know, that kind of thing. I used to be a girl named Terra, a superhero who could move the earth. So if you're looking to break ground on a new house or something, I'd be your woman for that, too.

For everyone else: Any new developments that we're keeping quiet about? Mostly I just see people complaining about Valentine's Day. Did anybody kill anybody else recently? Imagine I'm saying that with the flattest voice possible. Here, I'll use an emoticon. :|

Ah, that's the one... Rachel, I think, was talking about.

Yes, actually. Annie - Cure Sunny - and Winter - Cure Diamond - were already working together before I came along. They'd already sort of recruited some other, non-Precures into working with them as well. It's sort of comforting to know there are people I can rely on in that respect.

That said, I think a lot more of us as a WHOLE should be trying to work together, so I'm certainly not opposed to the thought.

Ha, well. Her heart's really in the right place, and she's come through for me more than once now. So I like to think it's pretty good company, yes.

Winter...

[Her brain tumbles a couple beats even as she types. Valentine's Day had only been a couple days prior now, and though Lily's sister seemed to be acting strange about it, Lily and Winter... well. She was much more acutely aware of just how Winter may have been than before. At least, she was hoping so.]

She's as good as I've ever known her to be, honestly. Why do you ask?

[At least she would be, Lily hoped, barring any mishaps. Lord, she was hoping she could avoid any mishaps.]
