Hello.

[ Well, that's a good start, at least. ]

I've been reading up on the FAQ, but this still seems a bit unbelievable to me. I'm a bit overwhelmed, to be honest.

Anyway, my name is Michelle. I'm  [ … ]  new here, I suppose. Recently I received a vague memory of a scarf, and when I returned home there was a red scarf in my bag that I don't remember purchasing.

I have a feeling it wasn't just put there by someone, as well. It feels  [ … ]  very significant, and familiar. Does anyone have any input on this? It'd be helpful, thanks.

If you were following the news a month back, you might have heard about her. She went missing.

[Of course, if she was following those news, she probably also saw Alan being announced a terrorist.]

[ She's caught off guard for the moment as she looks through the post. This person is like looking like a younger version of herself, and it's incredibly weird and... slightly uncomfortable. Her hand moves up to her lips as she scrolls down, reading through and. Well, she's heard about doppelgangers, but... ]

Well, I heard about the news, but I didn't pay as much attention as I obviously should have...

[ Michelle stares a bit in disbelief. ]

This doesn't make sense, though... She must be in her mid-teens, right? I was in the city back then as well, if I'm this "Mikasa"-person, and so is she, wouldn't that be... uh, terribly strange? Are there more doppelgangers I should be aware of?

[ She squints at the screen, only now realizing that Alan's on video, too, and... Hm. He looks kinda young. ]

It's weird as shit. I mean, I'd say it was a weird coincidence and sometimes people just look similar, but...

[He pauses, rubbing awkwardly at the back of his neck.]

You've got that scarf. Mikasa had one just like it. And, uh... I think it originally belonged to past me.
