Hello.

I've been reading up on the FAQ, but this still seems a bit unbelievable to me. I'm a bit overwhelmed, to be honest.

Anyway, my name is Michelle. I'm [ … ] new here, I suppose. Recently I received a vague memory of a scarf, and when I returned home there was a red scarf in my bag that I don't remember purchasing.

I have a feeling it wasn't just put there by someone, as well. It feels [ … ] very significant, and familiar. Does anyone have any input on this? It'd be helpful, thanks.

people get stuff like that from pulses a lot. especially this last month it seems everyones been getting clothes.

What else have people received? Considering my scarf is the "normal", I'd like to hear about something abnormal, if you don't mind. I'm just curious.

My personal accumulated physical echoes so far have included a whip, a large number of bottles of holy water that explode upon contact with our enemies' monstrous creations, and a penguin beach ball.

Before finding it, I got a flashback(?) when my friend wrapped me up in his scarf. It was a memory of being scared and lonely, until someone put their scarf around me. I don't know exactly who did it, but it was.. very emotional, and very special.

I see. I've had a few months, but I've lived in Locke for a year and a half. Time tends to vary.

That was probably your first echo, then. Echoes can be items or memories from our past lives... or that's the theory, anyway. There's no definite proof, but I believe it.

Anyway, they tend to happen when something from your life now... mimics something from your life before. But sometimes they just happen, too. It's pretty weird.

that happens! it looks like whatever you get from a pulse, it's usually got to do with the memory involved. usually. sometimes people randomly get freckles tho.

anyway, at least you got a pretty easy first pulse? it's so vague it doesn't seem like you'll be able to tell if your memories would overlap with anyone's but i'm sure it'll happen eventually.

It literally appeared out of nowhere, and suddenly I remember a string of numbers I'm pretty sure I haven't heard or seen before. Of course it's a scarf. However, I believe it has some kind of significance, hence me asking.
