what kinds of holidays gifts are good to give to mothers.

i don't have a ton of cash obviously so you're responses should be suggestions within an appropriate price range.

You could always make her something by a hand! A necklance, a card, as long as there's effort put in to it I doubt she'll feel slighted.</font.

is something like that special enough? i want it to be really really amazing.

Play to her desires and your strengths, and it will be treasured. I have no children of my own, but my sister still has some presents her daughters made her from decades ago.

oh. so if you dont know her that well i guess it's not such a good idea.

It depends on the mother, doesn't it? Not everyone likes the same things, whether they're a mom or not. Does she have any hobbies, or a particular career?

Not... as of last I heard. Books are generally considered a thoughtful gift.
