What: DRUG BUST.

[It's just about that time. Numerous cops were gathered outside the high school. They were now ready and waiting for the commanding officer's order to move in. The cop in command for the bust itself stands ahead of the rest while glancing at his watch. Almost time. Just less than a minute to go and they could move in. Their orders were clear: take in anyone mentioned in Aurion's report AND search and/or apprehend several suspicious individuals outside of that report. Use of force is approved should they resist.

The second hand finally strikes the golden 12 on the officer's watch. Time to move in. He puts down his hand and gives the order to start closing in. Instantly, the police force begins to approach the high school.]

((ooc: and thus starts the drug bust! feel free to npc your own cops if you tag into this!! and a note i forgot to mention: anyone arrested will be officially known to be part of the numbers club but they will get released within a day or so thanks to karl 's interference))

At the voice, Winter grimaces and turns back to Marisa, away from the police officer she's trying to ask questions of. "You should st-stay in your classroom. There's... s-some kind of search going on. I think... they're looking for something." Or one of us, she mouths after, not seeing anyone that will be able to pick up on it aside from the blonde, and frowning immediately after.

"She's right about one thing," the cop adds, walking over as well. "Stay in your classroom, or I'm going to do what I've been about to do to this girl for the last minute or two." To Winter, he continues, "I think it's time you stopped asking questions. Consider this your last warning."

Okay this is all kinds of fucked up, but Marisa decided that the middle of school was not the best place to make a scene. She backed back into the classroom.

No, it isn't, and a small part of Winter is glad that Marisa didn't push; she smiles at the other girl, trying to exude confidence.

...And as soon as the door is just about shut, Winter whirls on the officer. "I d-don't take kindly to threats," she got out, not at all impressed. "You still haven't answered m-my question."

"And I'm not going to," the officer says with finality. "You're under arrest. Put your hands behind your back. They still teach you kids about your Miranda rights, don't they? Think of this as a pop quiz. You have the right to remain silent..."

His voice fades as Winter is walked out of the building, hands cuffed behind her back.

Marisa muttered "Man what the fuck." under her breath, and hated herself for not jumping out there. But she could either get arrested too, or burn down half the school. Damn magic wasn't good for anything.
