[Filtered from a certain blond explorer]
I need some ideas on where to take someone that's unique and interesting around the city. The person is a bit difficult to impress, so it should be something different, maybe something you wouldn't think of right away. Something Old is already on my list, but he's probably already been there so I don't know. Most of the places I go are kind of boring. I know there are some old bookstores tucked away around here, and I've considered those too, but those aren't really impressive either. I'm trying to go for something... different.
Any ideas would be great, I need them quick. I may have gotten in a little over my head here. Oh, and places to eat, I kind of still owe him lunch too, I guess.
[Private to Brooke; text to phone]
Sorry to text you out of the blue, but I think I might need some advice on something.
[Private to Ez; text to phone]
[Well, she was going to call him originally, but she just kind of sat there like an idiot looking at her phone. So, instead of making a total fool of herself, have a text. A very well thought-out text, that took her a long time to construct.]
What are you doing Saturday?
[A very long time.]

[Slight blush.]
But what if I wanted to treat you sometime? That's not okay?

[She knows because she's read it in books.]
I want you to feel like you can count on me, no matter what.

But I already do that!

[Standing up she grabs her bag.]
Come on, I have something else fun planned. Although I'm not one-hundred percent sure how it works, so hopefully it will turn out!

Sounds good, I'm looking forward to it!
no subject
Well, that went a lot better than I expected. That was really fun.

[With coaching. But she wouldn't mention that.]

Although I was expecting books were going to be involved or something. This is pretty close to how I like to do things.

Ahaha. Thank you.
[Okay, a little bit of a blushing mess. But that was all right, right?]
Well, I mean if you want to go check out some books, I can probably find a bookstore around here. I'm sure there are plenty. Or a library maybe!
[And oh does she love bookstores. And libraries. And books.]

[She brightens up a little. Because BOOKSTORE.]

[Getting her phone out again and looking up a few locations, she finds something, a gem, really. It's an older bookstore, a staple in the district, tucked away between two lots. They boasted some rather old manuscripts in their collection, so it seemed like a good compromise.
That, and she was almost guaranteed to find some real treasures.]

[Looking around, she seems to have something specific in mind. Spotting something, she heads toward the spiral staircase, walking up to the second floor. You're free to follow, Ez, but this girl's moving with purpose. She's obviously seen something she likes.]
