It's black, metal, and has a red section in the front and center.] It's not the first time I've gained an item in such a manner, but I wasn't there for the event on Halloween night everyone else seems to be getting something from. So, I'm a little confused about what I got this for, but also because...

[He frowns and twirls the collar around on his index finger.] What is this? It looks like a collar, but it won't open so I can't put it on, and I don't know what it could possibly be for. Has anyone seen a collar like this before? I don't really know what to do with it.

seriously though the preaching is still annoying. people dont want to be told theyre ungrateful just because they dont agree with you.
