Anyone is capable of doing anything, but there's a reason you don't go saying that your neighbor MIGHT have been the one who shot up the cop down town when you read about it in the paper just because they don't know who did it.

Except that it is. No one has any idea who did it or how it was done. It could have been Thunder setting us up, it could have been any asshole who decided to set a bomb, it could have been someone fighting off a snake going nuclear.
