Hello! I'm sorry I haven't been around much. I've been getting used to this ... um, well, this new weird power, I guess I should call it!

I was wondering, how have you all been managing with your new powers? Or memories? It's made daily things pretty difficult, huh?

There's... also something else. A while back quite a few of us went to the old jail during a patrol and... what we found was [ scary ] very strange. Have you guys heard about it from anyone else who went yet? I just... I don't like thinking about it, but I'd just like to make sure, since it's something relevant to all of us.

Really? ... Well, it was a while ago. About a month or so.

But we found some stuff. Some... very odd things. Those monsters, big empty cages, and some strange machine...

And I think -- there were brains, or that's what it seemed like.

And mostly I've been, um. Practicing them, I guess. The ones that are controllable, anyway. I sort of ignore the other ones.

Practicing seems to be the best thing to do! It's difficult, isn't it? But also kind of amazing!

It was... it was like...

Well, there were big cages and some of those animals that have been running around the city. And... there was a machine. I don't know what it was for, but it was scary.

I... I think they must be doing bad things to people.

Of course. Just... it was very disturbing. Cages, some big some small, and I think the worst... the worst was this big machine. I don't know what it did but it didn't look good.

Now that you say it, I remember hearing about an abandoned jail somewhere in the city once — spooky stories, like kid stuff... but I can't believe there's actually something there. You think it's related to us?

It must be. Though, I'm not really sure about it all... someone else who went could probably detail it better.

But I do know that we all need to be careful!!

And as for powers mine are OK so far. I just have a tail sometimes. Not as bad as what other people have to deal with.

A... tail? Really? That sounds kind of fun! What kind of tail is it?

And all right! The jail had some very strange stuff inside -- big cages, most of which were empty, and there was... well, this machine, and I don't know what it does but I don't think it's anything good. It can't be! We all need to be careful. Very careful!

I'm trying!! It's a little difficult, but because it's something that doesn't go away, I've had no choice but to constantly try to get used to it. It's not really something I can control but I think it's not as bad as it used to be.

... Mm, I'm okay with it. It's... something everyone should be aware of. It was very, very strange. Inside there were cages and... this machine. It was big and... had things attached to it, I don't think it's anything good.
