I haven't been on here yet and wanted to go ahead and introduce myself. I'm Tamara Osada and a student in college majoring in both computer programming and web design.

I'm getting myself caught up and do wish to thank the people who have posted summaries of events to make it easier. For now I'd just like to say hi and if any of my computer skills could be of use I will be glad to offer them. I admit, I don't know what to think of all this still, but I can tell I should not be ignoring it.

Well...then I can understand why you'd feel that way. But one or two [or ten] bad relationships doesn't mean that a good relationship is impossible.

That's what I want to think anyway.

And just because there are many fish in the sea doesn't mean that they don't all stink. But then, I rather like fish, so that's a bad analogy.

See there? Even if the fish all have a problem, there's still something you like about them!

Fish tastes good and is good for you.

Right! So there might be a guy out there that's good for you, too.

Or a girl, if that's your preference.

I really don't know about that, but it can't hurt to try all the fish, right?

Oops. No, I didn't mean it that way. I don't care what someone's sexual preference is, but I'm more into girls that are into me.

[Thanks, she needed a good reason to back the hell away from someone she knows is horrible, yet seems real nice. His wording there just makes him sound all into orgies.]

The sort that wants as many girls as possible.

You should definitely be more clear about that, a girl might get the wrong idea about you.

Sorry. Normally I'm better about being clear. Must be an off day.

I would hope that having an off day isn't something normal for you.

[And she's definitely keeping that in mind. Maybe everything she knows could be accounted to poor communication on both sides.]

Not normally. Maybe you just have a way of catching me off guard.

Over text? Sure, sometimes. By being an idiot? I try to avoid that.

[Actually, being an idiot is almost endearing. It makes him seem more human and capable of making a mistake and learning from it.

And she really should keep the thought out of her head that it might be cute to see him blush.]

No one can be perfect all the time. The only thing that is for sure is that we will fail at things in life. The difference between an idiot and a smart person is that the idiot won't ever learn from their mistakes.
