so we have baristas and students and a vet and doctors and all kinds of people in the Secret Number Club. Do we have any dental students? i know you guys need to collect human teeth to mess with in school and i recently came into possession of an almost complete set. almost complete because i think i swallowed some. haha… no, positive. i counted.

i dont think im a vampire. i don't crave blood per se. but i DID eat a whole mutant animal before I realized what was happening. and then…

you know what i don't really want to talk about it.

i just want to get rid of these teeth but i wanted to ask if anyone needed them before i just put them in the garbage.

I suppose asking if you're okay would be redundant. Aside from a dentist, would there be anything that you need?

not that i can think of. a time machine maybe? or a ticket out of town.

With how things are progressing for some people, a time machine might not be completely impossible.

A ticket out of the city might be better though. It could reverse this.

yeah ive heard that leaving town makes all this shit go away. but I don't know if it hurts the same as it did the first time. i don't know

I'd say it could be worth a shot to find out, but that would only be if you're up for it.

it seems like cheating, somehow. this has got to be happening for a reason. i don't want to just QUIT. but i don't know if I can take it.

So your teeth fall out only to be replaced with new ones, and we're discussing a potential solution and cure and you don't want to take it simply because of curiosity?

Almost feels like you're being a masochist. But, I probably wouldn't blame you.

It's not just that. I have friends here, in the club. My brother is, too. Why should I get to run away while they choose to stick it out? I don't know.

[She almost envies that, having few friends in the club and no familia ties like that.]

They could want what's best for you. Since all of these happenings seem to be unique to every person, you brother could be spared of the same kind of issue you're having. In a case like that, I think I'd want them to save themselves if given a choice. I don't think it would be considered running away if it were something like that.

Though honestly, I don't know whether to apologize or say that you're lucky that your brother's is involved. Sorry.

seems selfish. i don;t really want to leave him, either. but then again... I don't know. I have to think about it more.

Don't forget that you have options at the very least. They may not be the most attractive alternatives, but you have them. And I think some people on this forget about that.

I'm sure. Out of curiosity, he hasn't been afflicted in the same way?

it is nice to have options. even if it's kind of like choosing between the frying pan and the fire.

mmm... not really. He hasn't had all the body horror crap I have. We did get back similar clothes. Identical, actually, in inverted colors. But otherwise, no, he's gotten off easy.

At this point in time, its all about the lesser evil.

Sounds like he got off lucky. But identical clothes is new. Maybe you two are connected in more ways than just sibling bond.

That's what I'm starting to think. But what could it be? I don't know. And that's kind of part of why I can't decide to stay or go. This is hell, but, it's interesting hell.

Some mysteries are too enticing to ignore. I suppose the only thing left is to wish you good luck in finding your truth.

And also luck that you won't have anymore dental problems.
