Not exactly inspiring, I know. But it's clean, and I'm licensed -- which is more than you can say for most doctors you can afford without insurance.

[It's not that Aaron doesn't care. He does, a lot. But he's also pragmatic, and has seen a lot of deaths he couldn't prevent. He doesn't take the bait. Aaron doesn't sound hurt, or guilty, but weary.]

I'm unable to assess for myself at the moment, due to present circumstances, if your claims are true. Your intentions remain to be seen and as such my trust has yet to be granted.

I'll be watching, however. If I like what I see, I may assist you.

If I do not, my influence in the city is sufficient to shut you down.
