Sorry, was trying to figure out how to work this thing. I got that part now, I think, but I still have no idea why this thing is here or how I got in. Doesn't look like anyone else has any answers, but if anyone's got anything sharing would be cool.

Not yet. I might've gone overboard describing it as Lovecraft. The info I found just described it as "alien" and "incomprehensible" or something like that.

If it makes it feel any better, it looks like whatever's going on around here, we seem to be winning for now.

Downside is that apparently they're not really flawless wins, but seems we've got a scrappy group. Doesn't really seem like any kinda team; just a lot of people that figure working together beats dying.
