[What's up, Numbered? Have a little news from Lapland. As those who are investigating the child disappearances should be aware of, Toushirou and Dani wound up going missing. Well, here they are. Safe and sound . . . okay well. They're not hurt, anyway. And they have some information.]

Okay, first of all, we're fine; we got caught on purpose to find the kids.

[Toushirou, predictably, doesn't sound very apologetic. But when Dani speaks up? Yeah she kind of does.]

We also knew no one would let us but...

It was the quickest way to find them and it's done. We don't need any grief over it.

Yeah. We found the kids and other things. The kids say that this place is Mt Korvatunturi. Look it up or ask the other people.

There's also a giant block of ice they're trying really hard to melt, but I can take care of that. We can hold things until you get here.

[Dani nods firmly.] Don't worry, we have this covered! Don't worry about it too much until you get here.

Toushirou!

[Her first thought is concern.

Her second thought is Winter is about to blow through everything in the path between them and him, and frankly Lily's going to be helping.]

That was crazy, and stupid, and...

[Sigh.] We'll be right there.

I said we're fine. [Geez, Lily.] It was the most logical thing to do and if we hadn't let them, they wouldn't have been able to get us at all. We can handle it.

[Okay, Emi's yelling is actually a little scary, but Toushirou doesn't really do this whole looking intimidated thing.] This was a perfectly logical idea and we made sure it was both of us so we could watch each other's backs.

[AFTER ELIAN CALMS DOWN- his handwriting is still very tight and unhappy]

[She frowns, and huffs lightly.]

I can acknowledge that, and that you're right, and still be worried about you. That's my prerogative as a friend.

[Her expression softens, then.] But I'm really glad you're okay, and... that we know where those children are. We'll be there, you can count on us.

[Finally, she manages a smile.] Good work, even if that was insane.

[Yes, she sees Lily talking to Toushirou. Yes, she knows she'll be picked up on that conversation if she tries to say anything.

No, she doesn't care right now. She's too angry and worried.]

Toushirou, so help me, when I get you back to somewhere safe I am going to freeze you to the ground and you will regret choosing not to tell us before you did this. I... ugh!

[There's a sound that is not unlike something soft being hurled across a room. Which would be fine, if the thrower didn't have super strength. She winces visibly as a pillow explodes on contact with her cabin's wall, filling material spraying back into her hair.]

You will stay put, not make trouble, and wait for us before you do anything. I am willing to concede that you did a good job, and we'll be there to save you soon. But if you - or Dani - get yourselves hurt in any way, I am not going to be nice about this. Are we clear? [Please be clear, Toushirou, she doesn't want to get any more frustrated and break a second Kindle.]

[Suddenly! A pillow explodes behind her, accompanied by some yelling. Lily seems strangely nonplussed by this, though she purses her lips, and speaks lower.]

I don't think it's them you want to be worried about.

[Yeah..Dani winces at the yelling and wilts just a bit.]

But Emi, It had to be done! You wouldn't let me do it otherwise. We kept together and we are okay.

[Cue a sharp nod from Dani.]

We were fine!

Getting stopped wasn't in the plan.

It was reckless and stupid! What if you had gotten hurt? What then?

[Still yelling, and her accent has gotten a lot stronger to boot!]

We'll be getting you and the other kids out as soon as we can. And until we do, you will not move an inch!

And another thing! No games for a week.

Only because the both of you were frankly lucky.

[Some Romanian swearing here, quickly followed by a command, also in Romanian, not to repeat it.]

I'm lucky I don't age, I'll surely go grey before long.

[He actually flinches the very slightest bit when Winter starts shouting at him. Congratulations; not even Emi's rage accomplished that.]

And it would've been shot down or argued about for days and just wasted time. [Doesn't mean he won't defend it, though.] We're not planning on going anywhere; we're keeping watch over the other kids.

Do you have any idea how hard it was to let them catch us? They couldn't have touched us if we didn't allow it. [So logically, they were in no actual danger.]

[Yeah, he's . . . dealing with that situation now. Also lowering his voice a little.]

I wasn't worried about them in the first place.

Well now now obviously if you can hit back at any time, but you should have been in the first place.

[Ah, now she's shifted back to mother hen mode. Sorry, Toushirou.

She coughs lightly.]

Regardless. Please make sure any children are clear of where we may enter. I suspect things will get chaotic.

They wouldn't have hurt us. If they tried, I would have fought back!

[Dani's trying to keep her voice firm and confident in the plan. She knew everything would be fine...Mostly.]

We are going to protect the kids until you guys get here anyways!

You could have just told me. Or only Emilia. Or anyone that wouldn't have argued, or wouldn't have blabbed. Damned brat, do you have any idea how worried I've been? [She's forcing herself not to cry, though her voice thickens a little; she also knows he doesn't like her calling him a kid, but after today, he's earned it once. He's safe, he's being just as cynical as ever, he's... apparently still armed, peeking at another conversation briefly.] I mean it! Don't get yourselves hurt. We're coming, as soon as we get a strike team ready, and we'll get everyone out. I promise.

You still carried this out without telling any of us!
