[There is a very excited looking Dani appearing on the network, wearing a Santa hat.]

I hope everyone is having a good Holiday! Maybe get something you didn't expect! I know I did and maybe it means things are going to be good and nice for everyone coming up.

Until we know, There is a lot of hope for it right?

[Dani's been busy since this morning, setting up a game system and letting it get all it's updates so she can lay down challenges hopefully

This is probably the most exited the little vampire has been in a long time and her wings are glowing brightly as she darts about trying to set things up. She also had a bit of a thoughtful grin on her face, as if she's planning something as well.]

"Oh really?"

Emi doesn't believe her for even a second.

"Uh huh. It's not Arthur's fault he didn't know the game well...after practice and such."

Dani isn't fully lying...Just slightly stretching the truth

"Oh, the poor dear. I will simply have to kiss him until he feels better, won't I?"

Whether Emi believes Dani or not now, she doesn't quite say. Gently, she sets Dani down beside her.

Dani shifts as she's seated on the couch, adjusting her wings to get them out of the way.

"Maybe. I dunno, you probably know better then me."

Not her usual response..although it takes her a moment to say something about it.

Ah, of course, Dani's still quite young.

"Or play against him and let him win..."

"That could work too..I dunno"

A little shrug and she looks to her hands in her lap. Dani's trying to keep her little fear under control.

"Hey, are you worried me and Arthur won't work out? I love him, and he loves me, nothing's going to change that."

Emilia is quite confident of that, and she certainly hopes Dani will pick that up...

More hesitation but Dani looks up, forcing a smile on her face.

"I don't know about that but..If you say so."

"So... Did you let him win at least once?"

It looked like Dani was going to be concerned about this for some time...

A nod and her normal smile starts forming once more. Any thing other then her issue with relationships was welcome at the moment. Maybe one day she'd talk about it, but today was not that day.

"Uh huh. I mean, he did get me good a few times!"

Yep, it certainly looked that way. So, this time, Emi will let the matter drop for the time being. It seems the girl was still afraid that being 'kissy' with someone leads to trouble.

In a way, it kind of did when she was shot alongside her boyfriend.
"I'm not so sure about that, given the amount of games you play..."

It was just a mixture of the divorce happening a few years ago and things that her and Roselle talked about afterwards.

But either way, Dani just giggles a bit at the mention of her little habit.

"I'm good but people can get really lucky!"

Emi would be very interested in hearing about whatever they spoke about.

Anyway, all she's thinking about now is Dani's gaming habits.

"I suppose he could use a little luck."

At some point she might talk about it, if approached just right about it.

"Uh huh! You never know what the game will throw at you. I think the sticky bombs are overpowered. But the luck might go father then the game too!"

She tended to forget what the item looked like and would run head first into it.

Sometimes she thinks Dani plays a little too much videogames, though. But she seems to enjoy it, and Emi likes them too, so...

"So, think you can beat me?"

It was just a escape for her. To pretend the world around her didn't exist and all of the problems Dani was dealing with were gone...

Although there is that confidant grin on her face once more.

"Maybe. It depends on what happens."

"Well, you won't find it easy, I can promise you that!"

Emi looks quite confident about this herself...

"Sounds like a fun challenge big sis! I'm up for it whenever you are."

The confidence in the room was crazy with the two of them. The little vampire starts bouncing a bit in her seat.

Big sis... She's not sure how to think about that, other than the fact Dani calling her that felt right. In any case, she's going to wait until Dani starts up the system...

With that, Dani slips off and boots the game system back up, pulling out the controllers and leaving them sit, a green and a red one.

"Maybe I need to look into getting more controllers..I mean, we could all play someday!"

And once it starts up, Emi tries to take the red controller for the simple reason that she likes the colour. And because her surname means scarlet in English, so it fits the theme.

"Easily done... For me, it'd hardly be expensive."

If anything, it makes her want to figure out how to customize controllers more. Dani wants to say something but closes her mouth before she can say anything. She'll take up the green one and look it over.

"I wanna customize some too. Maybe make one for everyone?"

Once the game's title pops up, Dani is quick to pull them into the character select, choosing the Angel character with a grin.

She probably would have complained if she got given the red one, because she really wanted it...

"You seem a little young to know how to do that kind of thing, Dani..."

Well, that was quick! In any case, Emi decides after a moment to pick Juno, the blue haired swordswoman.

"Young or not..I kinda want a controller that's just me you know? Maybe see if I can paint my wings on one or something."

With a shrug, Dani chooses a simple stage and prepares herself, tongue slightly sticking out of her mouth and a look of concentration on her face.

"Perhaps I can help..."

Well, the fight's going to be getting all of her attention now... For a moment, as the match started, there was a small worry that she would lose, but no. She's been on a winning streak in real life, and there's no reason why it shouldn't continue in video games.
