[The video feed opens, and there's Arthur dressed up like Elvis and holding a dolphin in his arms. Arthur seems alarmed, but the dolphin is pretty chill and even waves a flipper in greeting once Arthur starts talking.]

SO I WAS WATCHING TV ON BREAK AT WORK AND THEN I GOT A PULSE THINGY AND I GOT BACK MY PET DOLPHIN FLUKE BUT I'M IN LAS VEGAS AND THERE'S NO OCEAN AND HE'S GOTTA STAY IN THE BOUNDARY AND...

[He takes a deep breath.]

We gotta get back to Locke! TO THE OCEAN! SO HE CAN SWIM AND STUFF! HANG IN THERE, FLUKE!


[Action, Locked to Jovan]
[So Arthur is flying to the transporter now. He has a jetpack. He can do these things. He's still wearing the Elvis costume and he's still carrying Fluke, and he's attracting more than a little attention as he flies in the general direction of the swimming pool containing the transporter to Locke.]

HANG IN THERE, FLUKE, OLD BUDDY, OLD PAL!

[And he's not really paying too much attention to who he's flying by or where he's flying, and it's not like he's got all that much control over the jetpack anyway, so...really, it shouldn't be a surprise if he accidentally swoops down and snags an extra passenger. Look out, Jovan, you're on a collision course with Arthur and his dolphin. Vegas is such a small place that way.]




[Action, Open in Locke]

[It was just an ordinary, quiet day in Locke City. So ordinary. So quiet. At least, it was until Arthur came blasting out of Espresso Yourself aboard a jetpack. He's dressed like Elvis Presley, he's carrying a dolphin, and he's still not all that good at flying with the jetpack.]

GANGWAY! WE GOTTA GET TO THE OCEAN!

[He is flying all over Locke today, because he isn't too good at actually going which way he needs to go or getting his bearings in midair.]

HANG IN THERE, FLUKE!

[Arthur may be encountered anywhere in the city today, needing directions to the ocean so he can drop his buddy off.]

[Sheila might still be dodging media attention here and there, but she can't stay cooped up all the time. Besides, she's hardly making any money, so the least she can do is pick up groceries for her and John. She's got a couple big paper bags in each arm, and a plastic bag with a gallon of milk hanging off her wrist as she heads down the street towards home.

Which is about when the near-impossible happens. Not much can leave her speechless. Elvis with a jetpack carrying a dolphin just about does it.

A can of tomatoes falls out of one bag and rolls a few feet as she stands there, gaping.]

[The dolphin Arthur's carrying starts clicking and whistling, alerting him to something very important.]

AHOY! YOU DROPPED YOUR CAN!

[He's swinging by for another pass.]

And can you tell us which way the OCEAN is?

[Sheila opens her mouth and closes it a couple times. If she's trying to speak fish-language, she's doing it wrong.]

Iiiii've finally cracked, haven't I.

[Hey, some of her echoes have been almost ridiculous enough to make that plausible.]

[The dolphin in his arms clicks a little in agreement, nodding a bit.]

We're just LOOKING FOR THE OCEAN!

Well, I suppose the ocean would be... where you'd bring a dolphin. If you had one.

[She's still staring, but gathering herself back together a little. After all, Locke has its own dinosaur, ghost, and aliens. She can deal with this too, surely.]

The closest beach is that way [she shifts the bags enough to gesture with one hand.], but you miiiight want to aim for something a little less public. Even if it won't be too busy, this time of year.

[Robyn was just walking down the street, minding her own business when she saw Arthur fly by with a Dolphin in his arms.

That... That was a thing that just happened.

It took her a moment before it finally registered as probably the coolest thing she had seen in a long time.

She promptly turned and started to chase after the two of them.]

Mr.Cur-Aquaman! Aquaman! I think you're going the wrong way!

[Arthur actually manages to come to a stop and turn around. His shaky control of the jetpack is getting better! Fluke clicks and squeaks a hello at the girl as Arthur comes to hover in front of her.]

[What's that sound? Jovan doesn't recognize it, not at all. He whirls his head around to see where it's coming from, but by the time he spots it, it's too late. He's knocked over with a headbutt, and then swiftly picked up before he can even fall...

...and now he's attached to a jetpack.]

[Fluke clicks a hello at Jovan. He may actually be laughing at the human's distress, because he is an obnoxious dolphin that way.]

[Sorry he snagged you on the jetpack, bro. Hang on, because Arthur's showing no signs of actually slowing down or anything.]

[Yeah, he's coming to a halt and turning to hover there while holding his poor dolphin friend, who clicks a friendly hello. He's feeling good; Arthur flew him through some sprinklers at a golf course they managed to barrel over a little while ago.]

Say, you don't know which way the OCEAN is, do you? Fluke and I got KIND OF TURNED AROUND!
