How important is this test?

It's kind of just the test I need to do well on if I want to go to college and actually make something of my life.

Danny, you are a middle class, if not upper class, white boy with a family that has a brand name. There is literally very little you couldn't do if you worked hard enough.
And the thing about education is there's always a chance to make it up later. One way or another. Schools just make a big deal out of certain tests because their budget is determined by the scores. The test could make things easier. It won't destroy your future.
Did you even talk to the test giver about making it up? Why did you run out?
