[Danny's number is hastily scrawled across some paper--even just from seeing it you can tell how thin and crappy it is. More importantly, though, it has the following printed on it.]

[To the side, the handwriting is messy and frantic.]

quick, somebody tell me the answer to this question I only have 2 minutes left for it and I have no idea what any of these mean!

[There's a long pause before she writes.]

What do you want to think about?

[If he weren't in such a crappy mindset right now, he'd really appreciate what Robyn's trying to do here.

Too bad he's stewing in his misery too much to realize it.]

I don't really want to think about anything.

[Robyn was definitely starting to realize that something was wrong here. She had spent the last month in misery, she knew what that was like.

She had to help, it was the least she could do.]

Oh.

Well let me do all the thinking then, you can just come along for the ride!

I'll find some fun stuff for us to do and you don't have to do any of the thinking.

Just come out and try to enjoy yourself.

[Dammit. He really doesn't have a choice in this after all, does he? He might as well try to keep this from getting him in trouble, at least.]

Just make sure you get in through my bedroom window, my parents don't know I'm home from the test yet and I don't want them to find out.

[He lost he chance at a choice after he gave her an answer like that.]

Alright. That shouldn't be too much trouble! I'll there as I can.

[...And true to her word, about an hour later there's a few light taps at his window.

She's ducking under it to try and not bring any attention to herself, but it's questionable how well it's actually working.]

[When she taps on the window, Danny sighs heavily and slumps in his bed for a few moments before getting up sluggishly to open the window and let her climb in.]

[And climb in the window she does.

She's actually got something with her too. She'll hold up a box of cupcakes to him. They aren't baked like the ones he had got her before, they were store bought. But it's the thought that counts, right>]

So... I brought you a snack.

[He takes the box of cupcakes in his hands, knowing fully well that somehow, their situation has reversed from when Robyn was kidnapped.

He holds them in his hands and stares down at them, but makes no move to eat them.]

Thanks.

[She wasn't going to force him to eat them, but she figured it was the thought that counts.]

Now, I know you're not in the mood for thinking so I figured we could sneak out and go catch a movie or buy some comics. What ever you want!

[he heaves a sigh.]

I already told you, Robyn. I don't really want to do anything.

I know, I know.

...But we already we already decided that you can't possibly get out of this, so I figured I'd give you at least a couple options.

[Damn. He really isn't getting out of this, is he. He heaves a sigh of defeat and waves his hand vaguely.]

I don't know. Whatever.

Alright, then we'll figure it out as we go.

[She gestures toward the window.]

After you.

[He stares at it for a moment, then sighs again. He stands up from the bed and climbs out of the window, landing on the grass of the yard below.]

[Robyn waits for him to clear out of the way of the window before she climbs out too.

She'll glance ahead and start to walk toward the street.]

And now we're off on another amazing adventure.

[He's not really in the mood for quips or jokes right now, so he just wordlessly follows behind her.]
