New Kid
[Action]
Anyone who lives near the edge of town will find moving trucks outside one of the empty houses out there. Marisa can also be found, exploring her new neighborhood, or helping move stuff into the house. Now's a good time to meet your new neighbor.
Students at Locke High, the homeroom teacher is introducing a new student to your school. She's got blonde hair, a leather jacket, and honest to god cowboy boots on. Her backpack slung over one shoulder looks stuffed FULL, and you can see what looks like a can of Rockstar about to fall out of one of the side pockets. If switching high schools right at the end of her junior year has thrown her off in any way, she's not showing it. She looks quite chipper.
"Howdy. Name's Marisa Kirisame. Just moved up here with my Mom from Texas, so I'm jumping in for the last few weeks of school before summer."
Any questions for the new kid? Join her at lunch? Attempt to beat her up and steal her lunch money? Make fun of her accent?

Who's number is this?
Is this one of Dad's stupid things?
You don't believe in astral projection do you?

[By saving it as a contact while half asleep a few days ago, but she doesn't remember that.]
And there's no such thing as telepathy. It's just wishful thinking and con men cold reading people.

Do you believe in it?

The voice that replies sounds like a girl's, with a bit of a twang to it. Definitely a native english speaker, though.]
No. How'd you get voice through an IM conversation?

If we're all part of this, our problems should be each other's.
