well i dont know about here but in my experience if theyre charging you money you should generally be wary
they should be focused on your hands and not your face when theyre reading
if not theyre trying to gauge your reactions so they know which way to keep spinning things
and they should give you the good and the bad
no melodrama and no specific events
your hands are good at learning about yourself and general things to expect from the future
youre not going to get detailed events looming in the future from palmistry
