[The video post opens, and...yes, that's a small blue parrot with a tuft of red feathers atop his head and a pair of small, scaly blue arms locked in epic combat with a horde of angry toothpicks. He's doing quite well for being a parrot, despite the fact that some of the toothpicks are larger than he is. He's holding out one small hand, palm out towards the toothpicks, and firing blasts of gold energy at them.]

If I could request a bit of assistance...I do not know for certain how long I can keep this up--and there are innocents in the area!

[He gives the location of one of Locke's parks, one that's rather close to the Natural History Museum, and then squawks irritably and flies out of the frame as he dodges something that looks like a thrown exploding Altoid.]

"Yes! The park is now safe for everyone else!" This pleased Torin greatly, and he reached out one of his own tiny hands for Lucy to shake. "It is very nice to meet you, Lucy. I am Torin!"

"Torin," Lucy smiles brightly. "It's good to meet you, too!"

Lucy had been relatively quiet on the network, and it was because of this that she hadn't had the opportunity to interact with many other Numbered. But so far, the three of them she has met have all been very nice!

"What kind of bird are you? I don't think I've seen anything quite like you before!"

"Well, I started out as a Red and Blue Lory, but then I had a rather impressive molt and my plumage changed when the giant snake attacked the city, and then I grew arms! At present, I am not quite sure exactly what I might be considered." But he seemed pretty okay with that, at least.

"Were you like this in your past life, too?" Lucy is crouched down to the bird's height now. People are watching them now, but the redhead doesn't really care.

"Somewhat! I was also a bit taller than this..." Because he was pretty sure he hadn't been this much shorter than everyone. He doesn't seem to be worried about the people watching now, anyway.
