[It is 3 am. Danny's hair is disheveled, and he is in his freemasonry-symbol pajamas. His face is lit only by the glow of his laptop screen. He looks crazed, and it's not certain whether he actually looks like that, or that's just because of the lighting.]

Oh my god, guys, I just--I figured it out!

So, there were those pink lights in Vegas that we all saw, right? And pink lights mean something's alien-related. So alien-related stuff is showing up in Vegas, which is only like 200 miles from Tonopah Air Force Base, where the real alien testing was done during the Cold War when they were using Area 51 as a decoy!

Guys. This--this can't be a coincidence. Who knows how deep this goes. It might even go beyond the Locke police department, beyond Sherman and even Edwards. This could go as high up as the military--or the secret service, or the president himself!

I don't know what's going to happen next or what it all means just yet, but I know it's connected somehow.

Maybe they didn't want to stop it.

Or maybe they just didn't know what to expect. I mean, if the aliens escaped Tonopah and set up base in Locke secretly, how would the military know what they did and how to stop it later on? They couldn't exactly ask them and test on them or anything.

If they don't want to stop it then why do they want us to pilot robots for them?

Maybe they are on our side. Like, they let the aliens out so now they're trying to stop them.

If it's their fault they could at least take care of it themselves instead of making us do it.

Yeah, I...I don't like the idea all that much either. But at least we have stuff that makes it easier for us--like superpowers, or giant robots, and stuff. I bet no one in the FBI can walk through walls.

They could if some of them were numbered like some of the police.

Yeah, I don't know much anyone who doesn't have a robot has seen of them, but I've seen a lot...

I haven't...but then again, I don't think anyone figured out I have powers or was at the snake fight, so if I've seen them around, they must've been undercover.

...Plus, if they ever showed up at our house, my parents would probably chase them out.

Do you think your parents could really get the FBI to go away?

I don't know. Maybe? They have an "FBI agents are at the front door and asking for information we can't give them" plan, but I don't know if it works. They've...never actually had to use it before.
