[So it's lunchtime. And there's a restaurant. And there's Arthur, eating at a restaurant. This should not be unusual.

But this restaurant is a Long John Silver's, and Arthur is sitting down to chow down on a fried fish basket.]

[Scenario B, 5:00 PM, April 1]
[Horror of horrors, there are TWO ARTHURS squaring off against each other in the park.]

HOLD IT RIGHT THERE, YOU IMPOSTROUS VILLAIN!

No, stop! You're scaring me!

[One Arthur is loud and angry. The other looks like he might faint from terror and is barely making a sound. How very unusual.]

[Open Video to the Network, evening of April 1]
GUYS! YOU'RE NOT GOING TO BELIEVE WHAT HAPPENED!

I ran into ANOTHER ME! And he was being a DASTARDLY VILLAIN! But then he GOT AWAY! So if you see me, you better make sure it's ME me, because it may be that FIEND, whatever he was!

[And there is Arthur's granny who has entered the restaurant because she had a mighty craving for shrimp and knows better than to bring any home to her grandson's house.

However, all thoughts of shrimp are momentarily forgotten when she sees her grandson.]

Artie! What are you doing?

[Arthur actually flinches at the sudden volume of Granny Curry's question.]

I'm eating. What does it look like I'm doing?

[He's being very quiet when he speaks. Almost whispering.]

Artie. Those are fish you're eating.

Or chicken, I guess they do serve chicken here, but why would you eat somewhere that serves fish?

Also, why are you being quiet? You're acting awfully strange.

[Almost like... no, that's silly.]

So I'm eating fish. Sometimes a guy just wants to eat fish. They're stupid anyway. And I'm not acting strange, Grandmother.

[Strange. So, so very strange...because there's only one Curry grandchild who addresses Granny in that manner...]

SULLY!

[Granny points a finger at "Arthur" dramatically.]

It's you, isn't it, Sully? You've-- you've switched bodies with Artie, haven't you? DOES ROSA KNOW ABOUT THIS? DOES JO-ANNA?

[There is a long, exasperated sigh that sounds exactly like Sully not unlike a moody, surly teenager.]

Grandmother, don't be ridiculous.

DON'T TRY TO FOOL ME, SULLY, I KNOW IT'S YOU! How DARE you switch bodies with Artie and use his to eat fish! I'm going to call your daughter!

[Granny takes the sparkly pink cell phone out of her purse and starts dialing Rosa's number.]

Do I look like I care?

[Nope, he does not look like he cares as he takes a big bite of that fish.]

AND HE WAS DIFFERENT AND NOT-OUTRAGEOUS AND HE ATE FISH AND WAS RUDE TO GRANNY AND GENERALLY A HORRIBLE PERSON!

REALLY IT WAS LIKE MY BROTHER DRESSED UP AS ME AND WENT RUNNING AROUND THE CITY!

[Great, Arthur's gotten worked up enough to yell about the whole thing.]

I don't know! It was DIABOLICAL! I just found him there in the park being AN IMPOSTOR! And he'd given poor Granny such a hard time, the FIEND!

He WAS! He looked like me and he sounded like me, but he acted more like my JERK OF AN OLDER BROTHER!

[Which is easy shorthand for "opposite of Arthur's personality."]

Do you have any idea where he could have come from?

I'm not sure! But he should have STAYED there, the fiend!

I do wonder if someone who looks just like you has anywhere to stay.
