[Winter's arrival is... fairly mundane. She'd gotten the invitation and been a little surprised, but she'd gotten some things together in her backpack and made her way to the Sutherland residence all the same. It was a little intimidating; she hadn't really done this before. But all the same... here she stands. She'd been unsure what to bring; sleep clothes, a change of clothes for tomorrow, Raquel, her hair brush... all the little things she'd been careful to consider... but what else? It wasn't like her Kindle would be any use, or anything like that. She didn't have any games... not a lot of interesting movies... nobody but her and maybe Lily read books... in the end, she elected not to bring anything else, though as a last-minute addition she grabbed Raquel's blanket and pillow from her bed.
