(5) short not sweet

listen. unless you're good at covering your tracks dont post on that forum. they can track you down from that, they can find out who you are. the internet is not anonymous.

that aside, anyone wanna help me crash their servers?

I'd be willing to assist with crashing the servers. It would definitely be good if the data also just happened to get corrupted in that crash.

You can. I'm guessing you are thinking DDoS attack since that is the simplest and just requires an IP to send to.

Of course if we could get access to the admin account for the forums, we can get a lot of juicy stuff and delete it.

[Switching this to private, wouldn't do for her to admit to this with one of her victims on the network.]

I can at least give it a try. I've hacked accounts before and made them post interesting photos of themselves that I photoshopped. It may be possible to get into the account replying to us, and perhaps even the forum's control panels.

If I can pull it off, I'll have that head of local operations post some bad porn to show I was successful.

I'll get on it then. I already have the basic details about Thunder Corporation as well. In fact, I wonder what sort of reaction we might get if someone used one of the higher ups names as a fake name there.

Depends on how much they know. Though I get the impression they haven't bothered to look at the information provided upon signing up. Either they don't know how or they know we aren't going to provide real information.

Yeah, I used a proxy email AND did it through a rotating proxy IP address. If they try to track me, I'll show up in Mumbai.

If anyone else wants me to set that up for them, I can do it.

Also? DDOS attack, or something cleverer? Either way, I am so down. Think we can pull any data on their location before we break their stuff?
