[Lloyd's been a bit sparse lately, but he's had a lot on his mind. ~~A lot for him, at least.~~ He doesn't look nearly as cheerful or as confident as he usual does.]

I have a weird question and I figured this would be the best place to ask it cause there are always lots of weird questions here.

I don't think any of you know my dad cause he doesn't have this number, but a lot of people think it's pretty obvious that he's not my "real" dad. We both thought my other dad was dead, but...now I dunno anymore. I think he's alive and that I've talked to him, but I'm pretty sure he doesn't know who I am.

Does...anybody know what you're supposed to do when that happens?

I'm pretty sure you decide who your 'real' dad is, not anyone else.

Is there some reason you can't tell the other guy that you think he's your biological dad, or whatever?

Yeah, Dad's always gonna be my dad. Maybe that's why it's been taking a while to figure this out...

He doesn't seem like he wants to know who I am. Like he'd be happier thinking...whatever he thinks.

Ahhhhh. That's hard, since you can't really make someone wanna be involved with you.

Maybe you need to just... lay it out there? Let him think about it, and come to you when he's ready.

[Even if this was a totally random stranger the subject of parents is involved. Henry thinks it's stupid to begin with. Two dad's instead of one? Sounds like a dream come true. So he's pretty blunt when he says it.]

i don't think there's anything specific you have to do. it's not like these things have rules to them. if you want to go tell him why don't you?

there might be a reason why he's never contacted you though like restraining orders or whatever so i might talk to someone else who might know what's going on first
