town meeting, alien breaking hoa rules

"There are a couple others, but even if people don't come now, I...I think I'm gonna come back, to see if anyone needs to get out when things are, uh. When things start getting messy. But, the sooner we can get up, the better."

That said, he offers out a hand to her. Then he realizes she probably doesn't know what he's doing. "Uh--just take my hand, or hold on to me, so I can get us out."

She'd been asking the room at large, but Danny's answer suits her well enough. They need to hurry, and it should be more efficient--and safer--if everybody isn't running in different directions.

"Right. I'll make sure it's ready when everyone's out there." She hesitates only a second before taking a firm grip on the offered hand.

"Okay. Okay, sounds like a plan." And with that, Danny gives one last resolute nod before turning them both intangible and phasing through the walls and moving up, out of the basement and to the front yard.
