[Mordin advances quickly behind him, and sweeps the flashlight over the remaining warehouse. Seeing nothing, he joins Jack and Ayden, glacning over at Aaron.]
[ Ayden gives a whimper at the sudden beam of light, sluggishly lifting a hand to try and block out the brightness. He's shivering, the clothing that Jack left him with filthy and torn at one sleeve. Everything's too bright and loud and he feels nauseous. He just wants to lie down and sleep. But now there are all these noises and he doesn't know that voice that's speaking. Why are there so many people here? Is he imagining them too...?
Out of the corner of his eye, the creature starts moving to intercept the approaching party, but Ayden wards it off. It seems to listen to him, at least. When he waves it away, it retreats. ]
Dr. Strider...?
Who-- Who's there?
[ Ayden's voice is a little bit breathless and more than a little afraid. ]
[Jack lets the doctors do their thing, more focussed on scanning the warehouse for any hint of unusual activity. He does recognize Ayden, exactly who he had wondered if it was, but he's not the best person to help him out now. Better standing guard.]
[ There's a clatter as some of the things at the top of one of the scrap piles strewn about come tumbling down to the ground. Ayden can clearly see the culprit as being that imaginary creature of his, who walked into the junk as it retreated from the strange men.
Which is strange because hallucinations shouldn't be able to move objects, but no one else can see the creature so it has to be a figment of Ayden's mind, right...?
He feels dizzy. But Dr. Strider is here, so everything's going to be okay. But, oh. Dr. Strider is... ]
I'm sorry. I didn't... I didn't mean to make problems, Dr. Strider. I'm sorry.

[As soon as Aaron got the go-ahead he was in the warehouse, ducking down to crouch by Ayden's side. He makes a cursory examination...]
He's lost a lot of blood, and his arm's infected, but there don't seem to be any other wounds.

[Mordin's actually somewhat nervous - something did this to Ayden, and whatever it his, he can't see it.]

He can be moved without trouble. Did you drive here, Mordin?
[A pickup truck isn't ideal for patient transport, but he's made do before. Did Mordin have any better ideas?]
Ayden, are you hurt anywhere else?
