[It's so good to be able to type again. No more worries about accidentally breaking things just by touching them. ... Okay, there are still a few of those worries still, but for all intents and purposes, he's got it pretty under control. Which means he can feel more secure while posing a question or two to the network.]
I've been looking through some of the info we've got, and it seems there's at least two types of modifications going on. The police get modified with animal attributes, and the Blood Keys get cybernetic enhancements. I'm wondering why these different approaches have been taken, that it's been a uniform split in how people are enhanced, with no overlap that we know of. Matter of resources, maybe? I don't know. It just seems like an odd way to do things.
