Anyone remember the farmhouse that's supposed to be serving as an alien hide-out? Back in December a group of us headed over to check it out.

The place was rigged with some extremely high-tech security devices - sensors that would trap whoever triggered them in a force-field
The house itself has a bunch of white tiled rooms in it. There was one room the group who went inside the house said they couldn't get into, and the door was made out of something that didn't look like normal metal.
There's a bunch of things going on in the cellar:
One room has a bunch of containers - some had swarms of vermini in them and others had something we really couldn't see suspended in some kind of pink fluid.
The other is full of animal cages. There's normal animals, and these chimera-things - looked like genetically engineered combinations of ordinary animals.
There are robots in the cellar too, seem to be taking care of the animals and whatever's in the containers.

There's been a debate going on about whether or not this info should get  shared out on here or not, hence why nobody's done a post about it  until now. THAT BEING SAID, it would be appreciated if everyone remembers that running back out to the farmhouse and doing something rash is NOT the best idea, mostly because that could very well put EVERYONE in danger and not just the select few actively trying to place in the Darwin Awards. We decided to share this info because it's safer than leaving everyone in the dark, and it'll give us the best chance of making an INFORMED AND PLANNED OUT return later on, so if you want to act on any of this then for the love of all that is holy talk to us about it.

Well, thanks for sharing the info at least. It's definitely better than hiding this stuff from everyone when they could need this info later on.

You said you couldn't get into one of the rooms, right? I don't know if people are planning to go back there, but...if they are, I might be able to get them into that room.

we'll need a good team to work with and a back group just in case 'no one' has something that'll come on once we start attacking. a couple heavy hitters, a couple quick people and maybe people that can nuke it with a look.

I STILL say we should just level the place with all the firepower we can muster.

Would this be the same farmhouse they modified Mr. Locke in?

Look, I for one am glad you've come and told us but it was probably not a good idea to do that and then expect compliance with "if you want to act on any of this [...] talk to us about it".

If we like. Go in and fuck up the bits we know are bad news like the cellar stuff, then the bad guys will probably try and move the alien, right? If that's what is in the mystery room. So we can go pounce on them then! Like set an ambush or whatever. Instead of just blowing shit up before we know what the fuck! Even if blowing stuff up is pretty cool.

The pink stuff is dissolved Wise Snake skin, bee-tee-dubya. If it's the same stuff they dumped in the water, anyway. Mr. Proud said so.

Do not act like a crazy person and run to a farmhouse with lots of security and mysterious purposes. Check.

For whatever gets planned. I could try to tunnel under things or something. I dunno, just...if it helps.

How sealed were the doors to the room you could not access? I might be able to get inside by using the shadows.

Should this be where the stickers and mints were found then I can confirm this is the same location where the police modifications take place.

How had you come to learn of the farmhouse in the first place?

i understand the caution at least
is there a plan in place
or should we hold some sort of meeting or something to discuss it
its likely people will run off to do whatever unless an actual plan of action is made id bet
