Is everyone okay? I tried to call but I keep getting busy signals.
Ethan, Elly? Banagher? If you need anything, my parents said it's okay if a friend spends the night.

Are you all right, though? If you need company, I'd be happy to swing by. I know it's been a trying week.

[Even before his reputation, he was a teenage boy being invited to a teenage girl's house. Anyone feeling particularly responsible would basically have a free pass to interrogate him.]

[A pause.]
Uh, I don't actually know where your house is, Holly.

It's not terribly long before Ethan's in sight of the place; there is indeed a gate, and it surprises him just a little, but he shakes his head and opens it, letting himself in with a small smile. I got woken up by it, I stayed home because I was a little sick- then my mom called to check on me. The news hasn't said anything about the schools so I'm hopeful. I wonder if there's anything we can do to help? I can't offer a place to stay to everyone, pretty sure my parents would get a little peeved at me.
