[Greetings numbers club! Barnaby's sitting on the couch in his living room, and there's a rather distressed grunting and thumping coming from somewhere off-camera. He doesn't look too good - he's pretty edgy, and doesn't seem to have gotten much sleep yet.
Oh yes, and his eyes and body are glowing bright blue.]
Can anyone else see this? It's not just sleep dep messing with me?

And yeah. This kinda weirdness is seriously common on here. Best support group you can find.

Bit of a Catch-22 though, doesn't it? Being numbered provides a support net for things we get from these pulses, but we probably wouldn't be getting pulses if we weren't numbered in the first place.

I guess so, though it still feels like a chicken and egg scenario to me. There so much that seems kind of arbitrary even though I know it probably isn't. Though I'm probably not in a position to call things "arbitrary" right now...
