There seem to be quite a few things different about me physically, ever since I discovered this network a few months back, and aside from being a little irritating, most of them haven't significantly affected me to the point of not being able to function. However, I think that there is something odd going on with my eating habits. I've been hungry in an odd way since I visited the Tuning Towers and it's been going on for weeks and nothing is really helping the issue. And I think I've figured out what that is, though how I figured out involves a very uncomfortable bus ride with people who have no concept of personal space, but very tantalizing, ah... Well... Jugular veins.
Anyway, that odd statement coming from me really should make what I'm about to ask obvious, but bear with me, because I am going to ask a mildly disturbing question.
Does anyone else besides me feel a particular urge to, oh I don't know, drink blood? And along the same vein- I mean- Along the same lines, is there any way to make it stop aside from the usual thing? I've read enough literature to understand the basic idea but is there anyway to opt out? Because I'd really rather not go down that path at the moment.

Voice. Cellphone.
This peculiar urge aside, how are you feeling?
Voice;
Oh. Hi... I'm feeling fine. Aside from that urge.
[Pause.]
Did it come out? The vomit? From your shoes? Did you have to throw them away? I am so sorry...
Voice;
You needn't apologize. You had no control over what happened.
[He speaks a bit softer than normal just to drill home the fact he isn't mad or upset or anything.
...Though, yes, he did go buy new shoes, but only because the vomiting was taken as a sign from above to mean BUY NEW SHOES. NOW. YOU NEED THEM YOU MORON. But not mentioning this, nope.]
Voice;
That is... a point, yes. I still feel terrible about it, but that is a point. [Because even when she is trying to accept a thing, Kanti is still unwilling to do so without generally acknowledging her fuck-ups.]
Voice;
Should you desire to make up for it then do so by returning to and remaining at full health. [Pause.] Best another shoe not suffer the same fate as my own.
[There might be some slight playfulness audible in the last sentence. He's really trying to make it clear he's not mad here.]
Voice;
Well, I'll do my best, I suppose. I'm not really sure what to do otherwise. I think it's mostly a sort of side-effect of whatever is happening to me.
Re: Voice;
Do you've any idea what may be happening?
Voice;
It's honestly a shame, because I work very hard to maintain my figure. [Ecept not really, but let her make a poorly thought out joke of this, alright?]
Voice;
[Countering with his own lame joke.]
Voice;
[Ruining his joke. Little Miss No-Fun.]
Voice;
[Little Miss No-Fun met Un-funny Old Man.]
Voice;
That sounded better in my head.
Voice;
You staying the same would be preferable, yes.
Voice;
Voice;
[Hopefully that's somehow comforting?]

Have you ever heard of Theseus' Ship?
Voice;
[These Greek heroes and their -eseus.]
Voice;
As I mentioned, Theseus traveled to Minos by boat and returned home to Athens in that same boat. Over time this ship grew to need repairs. Say that for each repair, a single plank was replaced. More and more planks were replaced over time until none of the original planks remained. Can the boat still be considered the same boat that Theseus had traveled in or had it become a different boat?
Voice;
Minos is in Crete and the route to Athens is almost a straight line, where would he have stopped to fix the boat? Where would they have even gotten the supplies? If they kept them on the ship, why wouldn't they have just built another boat and left in the newer one? And even if they replaced all the planks, if they were still calling the ship by the name they initially used and it was still functioning in it's purpose, would it really matter to them whether or not it was the same ship?
[PHILOSOPHY FAIL.]
Voice;
[Impressive, but just not philosophy.]
Although, the last question holds a philosophical aspect to it. Does it matter if the ship is the same as it was at the beginning? Does it in fact matter that you are not the same as you were before?
