[After a moment it registers that Alex asked something. Julien opens his outer eyelids a little, struggles a bit to try and focus. ...Turns out respiratory illness in pigeons is partly signaled with watery eyes, and bubbles in said water. So his eyes are wet, though he doesn't seem distressed. Out of it, but not upset.]
Uh... Well... 's like courage, right? You're scared. But you go on anyway.
[No instance of watery eyes, bubbly or not, is complete without having a thin drop try to make its way down a cheek after blinking.]
