Your other "selves". Were any of them hunted or hiding for what they are, like we are now? It might be relevant to share.

Do you know what your other self was hiding from?

Mind control?

I don't remember who. Just... someone who was hunting people like the other me. I don't know what was so special about them. There was somebody important to the other me -- they were already gone. I was looking for them, and for anyone who'd gotten away, for... I think about a year before I got anywhere.

Yeah IDK how but in a couple of pulses I've had its pretty obvious they can.

Maybe she was part of a resistance like here! Or have you gotten any powers?

I'm not sure it was to the same degree, but... in the little bits I've seen, nobody goes by their names while they're conducting other business. I don't think not-me would have made such a big deal about her title if she were just going to go by her name, right?

So... I think they hide what they are. From what, or who, I couldn't guess, but...

It must be. Why else would you go by a title rather than a name, unless you need to keep the person behind the costume a secret?

But... who would you need to keep something like that a secret from? It's a tradition in stories, but... this isn't a story, right? It was someone's life. Although... they do say truth is stranger than fiction... hmm.

Costume... A dress in mainly white and shades of one other colour?

Y-yes! White and powder blue, with a few gold accents. How did you... wait. Does that mean you're one of my teammates or something!?

It replaced all my hair with weirder white hair. I had to dye everything. You're not supposed to do that to your eyelashes, but it can't be helped.

The other me? Yes and no. No actually kind of the opposite, whatever he is they're the dominant people. Humans are like rare and on reservations. Yes maybe, more individually, but I don't know enough. And you?

I don't know what I was, or who I was. But I was hiding and running from somebody for about a year, looking for other people like me. They already had somebody who was... important to me, I think.

It's always weird when someone else's memories and emotions and whatever reflect on you and what's going on here, huh?

Sometimes! Sometimes. I've had my share of ones that really have nothing to do with anything, and seem more frustrating and confusing than relevant.
