I'm going to keep this short, i'm sure a lot of people are busy trying to figure out the water situation. Or are at least trying to figure out exactly what was placed into the water supply.

[ Or maybe how it was even started in the first place without anyone catching on. He's not exactly familiar with the inner workings of a water system so he hasn't been keeping tabs on the topic. ]

How can people tell the difference between a normal dream and a dream that might mean something? Something more than a random assortment of images that are simply thrown together.

Drowning is a fairly common themed one though, isn't it? Like endless falling or being indecent in public.
