[Handwritten, Notepad]
[When Miria finally wrote to the network, her handwriting was slightly messier than usual. Her hands shook during a few parts of the letter.]
Private FROM Isaac Dian
I hope I'm not bugging anyone, but I... have to know. In these memories, has anyone seen a young boy? Black hair, wearing a brown suit. He looked really hurt... and I just want to know if he's okay.
I know this is a long shot, but I'd appreciate it if anyone can answer me.
Oh, and could people avoid telling Isaac about this? Thanks.

Action
[She hadn't even thought about other people hearing about all this. Not that that's particularly surprising.
She falls silent for a bit, drinking all the while.]
...Sorry, but I'm kinda new at... getting drunk. How long does it take?
Action
What...? [She blinks at Miria's question, looking between her and her once-again empty glass.] Not... that long. You're not feeling anything?
Action
[She glances back between Vanessa and the drink.
...Is that strange?
Action
Maybe we need something stronger....
[OOC: Also, if you wanted to timeskip to (Vanessa's) walk of shame after getting school at drinking by Miria, feel free at any time.]
Action
[What is this strange, unknown world of alcohol?
Still, anything to get another step closer to this mysterious achievement of "drunk".]
What's stronger than this? Or... strongest?
[ooc: I think I'm happy to timeskip in a few more posts!]
Action
[Because, well, she had planned on not going too far if Miria really wasn't a drinker but now? Now, Vanessa considered this a challenge and she went ahead and made their next order.
Let's see how well Miria handles a few shots.]
Action
This was gonna be so awesome!
And screw it, timeskip now.]
Action
This... this wasn't even possible. Vanessa stared up at Miria from where her head was leaning against her arm above a tipped en empty glass that was lying on her side. Which was just one of the several empty glasses and bottles taking up space on the table around them.
Was... was Miria even human?!]
... Nothing?
Action
Uh... I... don't... think... so...
Action
Okay, well.... 'm done, give up.
[And she stands up very carefully and, aw, crap the floor's tilting. Fortunately the table's there for her to lean on for a second.]
Action
A-are you alright?
Action
She might still be a little wobbly though.]
'm fine. Just... need'a go home now.
Action
I... Should I take you home?
Action
[And she'll start carefully walking away from the table.]
Y' should go home... and then I'll go home.
Action
[Drunk doesn't seem fun anymore.]
Action
S'okay... maybe get a cab 'r something.
[She pauses, looking at the table again and then squints at Miria again.]
... Doesn't make sense....
Action
[This can't be happening. Vanessa is super cool and awesome and doesn't act all weird.]
What doesn't make sense?
Action
[She's still totally cool. Just very carefully heading for the door.]
Did you get... drinking powers or something?
Action
Uh... I don't... think so.
I mean, I don't drink that often, so I'm not sure how I'd tell...
Action
Next time... we should start making bets. Make some money.
Action
But hey, if good ol' trusty Vanessa thinks its okay, it's probably fine.]
Okay! Could be fun!
Action
She blinks at that for a second before she starts snickering again, shaking her head as they get outside finally. She takes a breath, hoping the cool air outside will help clear her head a bit.]
I just don't get you two.
Action
...What do you mean?
Action
You too. You... you trust everybody, you're nice to everybody. I don't get it....
Action
I guess... there are some people Isaac and I don't trust. But... I think that most people want to do something good. And if that's what most people want, then I guess most people are worth trusting.
I think?
[She spends some more time looking confused and thoughtful, as if trying to pin down if that's what she wanted to say.]
