So... I've been thinking. And I'm just warning you, this could get rambly.

Up until now I've sort of figured that all of these weird memories and things comes from someone, a specific someone since they seem to be involved with... someone I know. And from what I've seen here, I'm not the only one who's been thinking this, right?

Now, have anyone else ever wondered if maybe we're getting memories from more than just one person? Because otherwise I just can't get the last memory I got to make any kind of sense. All of the others have given me the impression that whoever I'm getting this from comes from a much older society than me. If I had to take a stab at it, I'd say probably ancient east asian of some kind. But then, recently, I remember crashing with a vehicle that was more like something you'd find in a science fiction movie.

And I've been trying to find some kind of connection between the two, but so far I've got nothing. And then I was thinking that maybe there's simply nothing to find. Maybe the only thing connecting these memories is that I, for some reason, suddenly remember them.

I don't know. It's just a thought.

Likely. They're all still me, just different mes, if that makes any sense.

So you think they're both past lives of yours? How can you feel so sure that they're you, if you don't mind me asking?

It's a little hard to put into words. But with one of them, I have his spirit beast, and there's no real way anyone without his soul would be able to call him.

Yeah, that would make for a pretty convincing case. And I guess it also speaks for this whole thing having something to do with past lives. And possibly the existence of other worlds/dimensions.

Likely a combination. There's a bunch of stuff people are remembering that wouldn't have taken place here. Stuff from the future or just stuff that wouldn't have be able to happen.

People are assuming these memories are from past lives, right? Well, who says each person only has one past life?

Some people seem to think so, yeah. But it doesn't really work with what everyone's experiencing so it's hard to tell. And if any of these are from a past life, I'm pretty sure none of them happened in this world.

Yeah, I was thinking the same thing. Like maybe we're all aliens or something. Or the past life thing could be bullshit and Thunder Corp is just transmitting shit into our brain, I don't know.

I really hope that's not the case, but you never know do you? And I think alternate worlds/dimensions/whatever could also be a part of it. And yeah, I suppose that's also a possibility. Though I can't see what they could possibly get out of it.

What do they get out of pouring junk into the water.

Has anyone else mentioned variation of this sort? I've only experienced this once myself, and I'm afraid it's not very illuminating.

I hadn't seen anything before I asked, but it seems like I'm not the only one. Do you mind if I ask what you experienced?

I'd rather not give too many details, since it involves work that's best kept private. I can say that the only thing I can gather from it with certainty is that if I am in fact receiving someone else's memories, then they encountered a certain type of sedative at some point in their life.

Sounds unpleasant. But yeah, most here seem to be in agreement that they're experiences someone else's memories. And for some the memories seem to be connected to other people here as well.

Other people? I've heard speculation that these memories are connected to an alternate self of some sort, so that would mean that at least some of these alternates were related as well.

That would explain a lot! My wife and I have been seeing us do strange things in strange outfits. It might make more sense if it's different people...

That's right! I suppose it could be called a marital exercise, now that I think about it!

It's just... some of the things I'm remembering seem to be shared by my boyfriends so... that's kind of why I asked.

Maybe. But if so I doubt he's actually me, since I clearly remember being a kid in this lifetime.

But since I doubt he's actually from this world in the first place, I suppose that's possible as well.

I get the feeling that alternate realities or worlds would be a better explanation.

Either that or we're living in a huge video game and just remembering when we weren't living in it.

And yeah, that does make a bit more sense. Which just speaks of how weird this whole thing is, I guess. But that together with the reincarnation theory makes for a pretty complete picture... I think.

Yeah, well, I don't know the entire story, only that the me of that time was so sad.

In some ways, yeah. I'm pretty sure that we'll have a new theory about what's going on in another week.

I wonder about the past life idea.

If it is memories from a past life, why only one of them? And why do we remember when other people don't? And why do we get that feeling when it happens, like we are connected to something larger?

I wonder if any of it is genuine. Maybe whatever is giving us these things made up fake lives for us to remember.

Maybe. Lot of complicated work to go through though, especially since some of us seem to be connected through more than just the numbers thing.

But something must have set this in motion. I don't know if it's to do with this city or if there's something with us that we can't see but there's got to be something, right? But again, I can't really see a reason why.

And if these memories are from past lives it would make sense if there was more than one, but for most it still seem to focus on just one person's life. Even though I kind of doubt these lives happened in our reality.

Giving people memories from the same story doesn't seem any harder than giving everyone memories of separate stories. Why something [not someone, he doesn't think any human technology could be behind this] would go to the trouble is a good question, though.

Whatever makes it happen must be in this city, but I don't have any ideas about why.
