Mister Arthur and I have been chatting - a~and it would seem that there's a holiday this weekend - no?
Well. It just so happens that my masters are going out of town from Friday evening to Monday. And so if nobody has any plans, well - hm~!
It - [Takes a breath to fill with would be our absolute pleasure to invite you all for a garden party of sorts - right here, at the Bell family house, at - [Taps a hoof a couple of times to recall.] - two-sixty Saffron Way. In the back of the house, out at my pasture! ...Couldn't give you a key, I'm afraid, but. You're certainly free to hop the fence~ It's been done before.
Oh, there'll be no need to R.S.V.P. - merely drop by Saturday afternoon, at your convenience! But! Can we ask for a few volunteers to bring food for the occasion? -- There will be food, we promise you that, but, well - [Picks up high.] Mister Arthur alone can surely only provide for such a big group, now, can't he?
And do be ready to clean up after yourselves as you must, heaven knows that it's out of the question for me to cover if my masters come home to a mess in the garden.
Once again, that's - Saturday afternoon, 260 Saffron Way. Back of the big blue house. Now, who can we expect to see here? We'll take any questions, too, obviously~!
[She cocks her head slightly and perks an ear - after another beat she turns a little and winks, before standing back from the feed.]

I'll think of something. Oh! Oh, maybe a pie... [ gosh, when was the last time he made a pie? when he was living with his folks, really.
he'll have to do a quick run to the grocer's for everything -- probably after his shift, saturday morning ... not a lot of sleep, but he's actually warming up to the idea of being busy quite nicely. ]

Hmmm. I expect I can fetch a packet or so of brats - bratwursts, those are sausages - from the cookout, the Goulds won't mind. They'll have standard and vegetarian versions. Will Mister Arthur be bringing a grill?
