Video. Back a couple of days ago on the weekend.

[Hey, look who it is back on the network. She looks pretty terrible this time around though, even more pale than usual, her face is drawn and one of her arms is wrapped up in bandages. She has a few others on her other arm and one on her forehead from where she'd beat herself up with that steel ability.

She should probably still be resting up, but sitting around in bed on funky pain pills has gotten old really fast. Plus they sell for good money so she might be saving them.]

So, I'm not dead if anybody was wondering. I think we got that fungus stuff but if you run into it yourself don't hang around because it'll probably send zombified... things to attack you. [She holds up her bandaged left arm just for emphasis.]

On the bright side, it looks like I got some kind of power out of the whole fucking mess.

I'd... probably be dead if it weren't for you. So....

[She sighs and glances away, frowning. Ugh, she's no good at thank yous. Not ones like this anyway.]

I can't come to watch you practice?

[He grins.]

Or are you saying that's a bad idea?

[Watch her practice? Why the heck would he want to do that? It probably wouldn't be all that interesting to watch somebody toss change around.]

Probably. I don't know how safe it'll be, and I'll probably just set up some cans and try to knock them over or something.

[Oh, but he doesn't know that. He thinks he's in for a show of spoons zooming around.]

[Then his expression becomes a touch embarrassed, and his gaze drops briefly.]

I'm sorry for asking. I know it's a strange request. [When he looks up again, though, the smile he wears is relaxed.] I'm just curious is all.

[Well, she wasn't expecting him to stand where she was shooting. She thinks it over for a second before just shrugging.]

I guess it couldn't hurt to have somebody around in case I break my neck.

[Never mind the fact that he probably wouldn't be all that helpful in a medical situation. Oh we'll, that's what paramedics and the like are there for, right?]
