[His parents always told him that if he finds a mysterious secret network that can only be accessed by unusual means, he should use the eight proxy servers set up in the attic before connecting to it and then determine its use before proceeding with anything else.
He always thought it was a load of bull, but all of a sudden everything his parents ever told him seems relevant. Now the question is: how do you check something if something is part of a secret conspiracy to brainwash everyone without blowing your cover?]
This is a test to check for proper network functioning and see if anything needs fixing.
Is this connected to the water treatment facility, city hall, department of agriculture, Roswell in New Mexico, the city maintenance office, any psychiatry offices, or any stores selling Adidas shoes?
Also, what's the connection to Thomas Edison's birthday?
[NAILED IT.]

but no, it's connected to the military and the police station and thunder corp
which I don't think is connected to adidas but don't quote me on that

And to be honest...I don't think anything's connected to Adidas. Don't quote me on that either, though.

and way back in the archives someone named
shit what was it
john spears? jake seers? idk anyway he got captured by some military types and said they were involved.
[Someone might have taken a day off to archivebinge.]
so what's with the list of conspiracy theories? made you sound like a real tinfoil hatter there.

My family's kinda big on conspiracy theories--mostly just ones in Locke. I don't think I really believe any of it, but coming across something like this made me think that maybe they're onto something. Looks like they were right about there being conspiracies in Locke after all. I just can't believe I've never heard anything about all of this stuff from them before.

your parents sound nuts.

But I guess that explains why they don't know about this, or anything it's involved in, if they can't see it.

Wait, so does that mean you can't trace a computer's activity to this network if you're not able to access it? Like, it just won't show up in the history or cookies or anything else traceable?

you using a computer right now?

Maybe I'll just see if it's showing up on my computer right now. I think there's a way to wipe your history off a computer, anyway.
