[So it's lunchtime. And there's a restaurant. And there's Arthur, eating at a restaurant. This should not be unusual.

But this restaurant is a Long John Silver's, and Arthur is sitting down to chow down on a fried fish basket.]

[Scenario B, 5:00 PM, April 1]
[Horror of horrors, there are TWO ARTHURS squaring off against each other in the park.]

HOLD IT RIGHT THERE, YOU IMPOSTROUS VILLAIN!

No, stop! You're scaring me!

[One Arthur is loud and angry. The other looks like he might faint from terror and is barely making a sound. How very unusual.]

GUYS! YOU'RE NOT GOING TO BELIEVE WHAT HAPPENED!

I ran into ANOTHER ME! And he was being a DASTARDLY VILLAIN! But then he GOT AWAY! So if you see me, you better make sure it's ME me, because it may be that FIEND, whatever he was!

[And there is Arthur's granny who has entered the restaurant because she had a mighty craving for shrimp and knows better than to bring any home to her grandson's house.

However, all thoughts of shrimp are momentarily forgotten when she sees her grandson.]

Artie! What are you doing?

[Arthur actually flinches at the sudden volume of Granny Curry's question.]

I'm eating. What does it look like I'm doing?

[He's being very quiet when he speaks. Almost whispering.]

Artie. Those are fish you're eating.

Or chicken, I guess they do serve chicken here, but why would you eat somewhere that serves fish?

Also, why are you being quiet? You're acting awfully strange.

So I'm eating fish. Sometimes a guy just wants to eat fish. They're stupid anyway. And I'm not acting strange, Grandmother.

[Strange. So, so very strange...because there's only one Curry grandchild who addresses Granny in that manner...]

[Granny points a finger at "Arthur" dramatically.]

[There is a long, exasperated sigh that sounds exactly like Sully not unlike a moody, surly teenager.]

DON'T TRY TO FOOL ME, SULLY, I KNOW IT'S YOU! How DARE you switch bodies with Artie and use his to eat fish! I'm going to call your daughter!

[Granny takes the sparkly pink cell phone out of her purse and starts dialing Rosa's number.]

[Nope, he does not look like he cares as he takes a big bite of that fish.]

[Well, FINE. Granny's just going to call Rosa anyway.]

Hello? Rosa dear, is that you? This is Great-Granny Curry calling. Have you talked to your father today? I have reason to believe that he might have traded bodies with your uncle Artie... yes, like Freaky Friday!... mmhmm... mmhmm...

[Sunglasses. Where are her sunglasses? Granny starts fishing around in he bag for them]

[The other Arthur keeps on going away, and right at that moment, who should walk up but the REAL Arthur? He has yet to spot his twin.]

GRANNY! What's going on? Why were you yelling for SULLY, OF ALL PEOPLE?

[Wait, wait, something's not right there, he's trying to help her with her bag, holding it steady so she can rummage better.]

[Granny finds the sunglasses--which have giant bug-eye lenses and rhinestones on the frame--and jams them onto her face, then hugs her grandson.] Oh Artie, Sully was disguised as you--or at least I THOUGHT he was Sully, he acted just like him--and he was eating fish and calling me grandmother and being very not you!

SULLY WAS HERE EATING FISH AND PRETENDING TO BE ME? WHERE IS HE?

[And now he's looking around wildly to give his brother a piece of his mind.]
