Has anyone tried to set up self defence classes for people on the network? Or arranged for people to go to one?

I just thought that with things being as they are it might be a good idea for people who don't have powers - those who won't get them or who don't have them yet. Or even people that do! It's always a good idea to have something extra up your sleeve after all!

Would anyone be willing to run classes for people? I'm sure we have people who were talented in that sort of thing before the echoes started, and I bet there's even more people with all the echoes counted in! I don't mind finding somewhere for us.

I need to find sword practice past me used a sword

Some sort of fencing sword? Maybe you could look into fencing classes!

You'll have to make time if you want to practice, though. Even if it's only an hour a week! I suppose if you get hold of a sword you might echo the skill back but otherwise you won't learn!

i'd have to get my parents on board with it is the thing i can't afford it myself.

Fencing's another sport so it shouldn't be too hard! Or at least my parents would have let me. Although I suppose the equipment will be expensive so maybe not.

Its pretty fun yeah! but sports arent cheap i dont know if ill be able to get the equipment.

Maybe you could borrow it? I'm sure there'll be places that loan that sort of equipment out, especially to beginners.

Makes you wonder how people afford them in the past! Although I suppose swords were mainly for the rich.

Yeah its rich people stuff. tennis isnt even cheap and i know golf is a little pricy but i bet fencing is ahead of both.

Maybe you need to try and get the sword back from your past life first. At least then you don't have to worry about that! I'm not really sure how you'd go about that though.

Right, of course. It's definitely worth looking into borrowing something, then. They wouldn't expect you to buy equipment when you're just trying it, surely?
