Has anyone actually learned enough from their new memories, physical changes, and so on to piece together something significant? I don't mean within the greater context of what the hell's going on, I mean on an individual level. Further, are there ways to hasten the process of recovering(?) information besides touching suspicious statues?

Finally, does anyone recognize anyone else on here from their new memories? How common is it?

No, on both counts. Nothing that's happened so far has really formed a clear picture. If anything, it's the opposite that's happened.
