First Dream
[Action]
[So there's a taxi outside of the home of the family who owns the Shinto Shrine near the park in Japan Town. The driver and the family are in the process of moving some luggage into the house, while the owner of said luggage has wandered off to explore her new territory, if only to avoid having to help.
Meanwhile, over at Locke City High School, there will be an announcement of a new foreign exchange student having just arrived, just a little bit late. A foreign exchange student from Japan in fact, who is now being introduced to her new homeroom class.
She has a bored and vaguely annoyed look on her face as she faces the class, not looking at all like she wants to be there, but she still introduces herself to the class politely.]
Hello, my name is Reimu Hakurei, and I will be joining this class for the year. I hope we will get along together.

[Reimu is, to say the least, annoyed. She did not want to be here, even though there really wasn't much to be done about that, and now there was those weird numbers she couldn't get out of her head. After ignoring for all of her first day of school, she ended up typing them into her ipad and found herself connecting to some weird forum. It seemed like it was just one thing after another.]

Alright, it seems like too much of a bother to figure out how I knew how to connect to this place, so I won't, but what exactly is this thing anyway? I have read some of the recent posts, and so far I get the idea that this is some kind of secret club for weirdos who have weird things happen to them, but I hope you don't expect me to read the whole backlog for this place, because I can't be bothered.
Anyway, I suppose I should introduce myself or something. My name is Reimu.

I'M MIRIA!
AND I'M ISAAC!
The whole network's pretty nifty! It was set up to fight aliens!
And stuff!
[Audio]
Really? You guys fight aliens?
[Audio]
...Well, not, like, professionally.
Or... directly.
But there's been.... monsters and stuff. And corrupt cops!
And people have said aliens were responsible for that. So... kinda fighting aliens?
[Audio]
Right... I knew this whole thing was going to be trouble. So there's monsters and the police are involved somehow. Got it.
I thought the police being corrupt was a normal thing in this country. [She might not pay much attention to foreign import shows, but she had occasionally come across news stories on the English speaking side of the internet that certainly made it seem like that.]

But we try not to think about that. Then we get all upset, and depressed and all our ice cream goes missing.
