This "voice dictation software" is quite useful. It gives me the access I've long lacked to this computer. And so I seem to be connected to something, with these strange numbers.

[Though it is unseen, she is swaying her tail back and forth quite happily, looking over the computer screen. She is so, so pleased that she is able to read as well as speak. It makes it much easier to immitate other things she has listened to and read.]

Hello, then, readers. Or are you listeners? I haven't entirely figured out the way this works. Many of you are talking of gathering together, preparing to fight. Or you are avoiding a fight, finding pain very much not worth the effort. Is the battle worth the fight?

There are many new strange things, in this world. I will be exploring them. But I will not fight. I'm sure there must be at least one of you that also will not fight, but will be curious enough to explore.

There isn't anything worth fighting for to begin with, whatever the other foolhardy members of this forum may try and lead you to believe. I would prepare yourself to be faced with a large amount of stupidity, however, if you choose to explore. It seems unavoidable.

And you mean that there is such a thing as "smart". But there is no such thing. The longer we live does not make us smarter. It makes us less stupid.

That's certainly the case for some people. But in this particular case the majority of the forum-goers here are starting with significantly more ground to cover in the quest towards mediocrity.

Certainly! Their faces turn red, and they stumble over words. And they realize how they sound and work, and get even more flustered.

And then inevitably they attempt to alleviate their embarrassment by lashing out at you, unaware that it only makes them appear more foolish. Predictable, but very enjoyable to see.

Dogs are probably the least of your worries. At least with them you can try throwing some sort of distraction down.

How do you normally deal with dogs? Run and hope you find somewhere they physically can't follow?

Climbing works quite well, after all. Or running where they might get distracted by another prey animal.

It's just the warning that's been going around, I can't say i've personally run into any of them yet.

I assume, given the context, that they're targeting people for less than legal reasons.
