Not really? I mean, so far I've just gotten a scarf, a gun, and knowledge of a TV show I'm certain doesn't exist. The animals seem to be becoming self aware and I met a guy who has gotten super strength. It's probably more, only some of us are physically changing while some are just gaining abilities and memories.
