[ The question 'can this castle be scaled quickly?' has been answered by Walter's doppelganger. After an extremely uneven haircut, this was his next order of business. It's not exactly comfortable up there, but he's too stubborn to come down. And he has a great vantage point! Which he is utilizing to take potshots at people. His first thought was to use arrows, but that'll bring the cops faster, so he's launching pebbles at the people below. Other doppels are not exempt from this treatment; Wally is an equal opportunity dick. ]
b; locke or vegas
[ Things are much livelier in the cities, and he is taking full advantage of that. If a bar or club can be snuck into via bathroom window, he's in, and he's buying with ill-gotten wealth. Sometimes, he's found out and kicked out, but it's easy enough to go elsewhere. Once he's had enough, he's out wandering the streets, tossing bottles/random trash at walls and the occasional unlucky passerby. He's definitely not looking as he crosses the streets, so running into him there is another likely possibility. Stopping for him is just going to earn your car a dent or two as he kicks or punches it. ]
