L looks like he actively resists going outdoors; he's got a hell of a computer tan, and he looks actively undernourished; he looks more like something out of an old vampire movie than the kind of person who would actually be able to participate in talk of what the Earth needs and listening to it.

"It's a good cause. A noble one," he says. "Since the school was built decades before I was born, though, and I have no intentions of demolishing it or starting over elsewhere... I'll call it recycling, if you like. That's eco-friendly."
