When Cesar's fingers pull back and leave his mouth, he does glance up, meeting the other man's gaze, noting the way his toasted skin is flushing even if he is clearly trying to behave like there's nothing strange or embarrassing or inappropriate about what just happened. It occurs to him that maybe there isn't anything wrong with it, and that's why Cesar's still smiling, even if heat is radiating off him and his cheeks are red.
